Getting Back on Track: Sticking with Your Plan, Dealing with Procrastination, and Maintaining Motivation - Academic Success Centre In-Person

The end of term can be a very stressful time, with big research projects and essays due and final exams looming. Even students who have been keeping on top of their workload can end up feeling overwhelmed and anxious. This workshop will discuss strategies for working in high-pressure situations and for overcoming procrastination, and students will start to draft a personalized work-plan for the last weeks of term. Students who come to part I (in week 2) will return to the plan that they made, and make adjustments for the end of term.
