Building Resilience & Managing the Stress of Being a Student In-Person

This workshop will introduce students to the concept of resiliency, and will discuss the ways that students can bolster their resiliency both generally and with respect to their academic work. We will also explore strategies, tools and resources that students can introduce into their lives that can help them to find ways of dealing with stress both in and outside of school.
