In a prestigious university, we might sometimes feel like we are "not good enough." Perceived failures in this environment can often be attributed to expectations that don't necessarily match the goals of learning. With a focus on positive self talk and empowerment, this workshop will discuss strategies for disrupting the narrative of failure by providing tools for setting realistic expectations that will not necessarily lead to a perfect outcome, but an outcome that matches our academic goals.
