Interested in creating, adapting, discovering, or publishing an open textbook? Curious to learn strategies for the discovery and use open resources others have created?

Pressbooks is an online book and document formatting system that you can use to create books that are accessible on all platforms: in print and digital, including all smartphones, tablets, ereader devices, and computers. Pressbooks is part of eCampusOntario's Open Library Publishing Platform.

In celebration of Open Education Week, University of Toronto Libraries and Information Technology Services - Online Learning Strategies are jointly hosting Lillian Hogendoorn, OER and Digital Access Lead at eCampusOntario, who will deliver a hands-on introduction to Pressbooks and other eCampusOntario-supported educational infrastructure available to all members of the UofT community.
