SUMMARY:[Cancelled] 24-hour Digital Detox Challenge Kick-off Meeting!
DESCRIPTION: \n\nThis event has been cancelled. We have one last session of 
 the 24-hour Digital Detox happening online: Monday\, March 24th: 7:10 pm 
 – 7:40 pm . \n\nSometimes our smartphones\, devices\, social media\, and 
 endless scrolling can get in the way of experiencing life without a lot of 
 distractions and making connections with people in our lives.  \n\nThe 
 Engineering & Computer Science Library challenges you to put down your 
 device(s) and live life in the moment for 24 consecutive hours!  \n\nJoin 
 us for a kick-off meeting to start this challenge! In the meeting we will 
 talk about some of the benefits of a digital detox\, tips on how you can 
 stay on track and the rules for the contest.  \n\nAfter attending a 
 kick-off meeting\, for every 24-hour continuous block of time participants 
 stay off their device(s) (for non-necessary purposes) they can enter a 
 ballot into a draw (up to five ballots per student) for a $40 CAD coffee 
 gift card.  \n\n \n\nThis kick-off meeting is in-person in the classroom at 
 the Engineering & Computer Science Library (10 King’s College Road\, 
 Sandford Fleming Building\, second floor\, Room 2402). Information for an 
 accessible entrance to the library can be found here.    \n\n \n\nCan’t
