SUMMARY:24-hour Digital Detox Challenge Kick-off Meeting!
DESCRIPTION:Sometimes our smartphones\, devices\, social media\, and 
 endless scrolling can get in the way of experiencing life without a lot of 
 distractions and making connections with people in our lives.  \n\nThe 
 Engineering & Computer Science Library challenges you to put down your 
 device(s) and live life in the moment for 24 consecutive hours!  \n\nJoin 
 us for a kick-off meeting to start this challenge! In the meeting we will 
 talk about some of the benefits of a digital detox\, tips on how you can 
 stay on track and the rules for the contest.  \n\nAfter attending a 
 kick-off meeting\, for every 24-hour continuous block of time participants 
 stay off their device(s) (for non-necessary purposes) they can enter a 
 ballot into a draw (up to five ballots per student) for a $40 CAD coffee 
 gift card.  \n\n \n\nThis kick-off meeting will be held online on Zoom. You 
 will receive an email with the Zoom link and passcode the day before the 
 kick-off meeting.  \n\n \n\nCan’t attend this kick-off meeting? Register
