Private Tour for Alumni: Celebrate 70 Years of Discovery at the Fisher In-Person

Celebrate 70 Years of Discovery at the Fisher
This year marks the 70th anniversary of the Department of Rare Books and Special Collections—home to Canada’s largest collection of rare books. To celebrate, the Thomas Fisher Rare Book Library is showcasing seventy remarkable items recently used in teaching, research, and learning. From seminar room discoveries to treasures uncovered at the reference desk, this special exhibition offers a window into the creativity and scholarship the Fisher inspires.

Come back, reconnect, and experience these extraordinary collections that continue to shape U of T’s academic community.

Exhibition and catalogue organized by David Fernández, Head, Department of Rare Books and Special Collections, with contributions from RBSC staff. David will lead the tour.
