Booking Policies:
- TCards must be provided in exchange for a study room key. See table below:

Study Room Type Number of TCards Individual 1 Double 2 Group 2 (3 for M40, M42) -
For double and group study rooms, two members MUST BE PRESENT when picking up the key.

For M40 or M42, three members MUST BE PRESENT when picking up the key.

Double or groups rooms are to be used by groups, not a single user.
- Study rooms that remain unoccupied 30 MINUTES after the booking begins will be made available for other students.
- Maximum 4-hour booking per day.
- Study rooms are available for current student, staff, and faculty. Alumni with an active library card membership may also book a study room.
- Keys must be returned at the Service Desk at least 5 minutes before the end of your booking, and at least 15 minutes before library closing time.

Code of Conduct:
- Rooms are for studying and academic group work. Commercial activities are not permitted.
- Food is not permitted in the study rooms.
- Study rooms are not sound-proof; please be respectful of others in the area while using the rooms.
- Everyone using the study rooms is expected to honour the Library Conduct Regulations.
