Welcome to the page for booking a group study room at the University College Library. Please familiarize yourself with the following policies before making a booking

Booking Policies & Procedures

• Minimum 2 students per study room. Single users will have their booking cancelled.
• Study room occupancy is 2 to 4 students.
• Users must be current U of T students who have a valid UTORid and be used for academic work related to U of T courses.
• Study rooms can be booked for up to 3 hours per week and up to 2 weeks in advance.
• A minimum of two users must be present during check-in at the Mezz Desk to gain access to the room.
• There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Afterwards, the booking is cancelled.
• Rooms left unoccupied for 30 minutes will have the remainder of the booking cancelled.

Conduct Policies

• Food is prohibited.
• Study rooms are not soundproof. Sounds, voices, and words can be heard outside of the room.
• Place all recycling and garbage in appropriate receptacles outside the library.
• Never leave your valuables unattended.
• Everyone using the study rooms is bound by the University of Toronto Libraries Code of Conduct .
