Designing for a Greener Library Contest Kick-off Meeting In-Person
Want to help the Engineering & Computer Science Library become a better a more sustainable library? Do you have an idea on how we can achieve that?
The Engineering & Computer Science Library is seeking innovative design ideas to help us become a greener library. We would like to ensure our library supports environmental sustainability by having practices that help the library preserve natural resources for future generations while still meeting the current needs of the community.
We invite students currently enrolled at the University of Toronto to attend this informational kick-off meeting to learn more about this contest.
To participate in this contest, at least one member of your team (you can design alone) must attend an informational Kick-off Meeting.
This Kick-off Meeting will be held in-person in the classroom at the Engineering & Computer Science Library (10 King’s College Road, Sandford Fleming Building, second floor, Room 2402). Information for an accessible entrance to the library can be found here.
Final designs for this contest will be due Thursday, March 27th at 11:00 a.m.
A panel of judges will determine a winning design.
The team with the winning design will get a prize of ONE (1) $150 CAD VISA card.
